Lamm ML2 measurements

The following measurements of the Lamm ML2 amplifier were made by Bascom King of BHK Labs ( bhk@rain.org ).

THD plus noise vs. frequency and power, 8-ohm load on the 8-ohm output. From top to bottom: 18, 10, 5, 1 and 0.1W.	THD vs. power, 8-ohm load on the 8-ohm output. Top to bottom to 10W: 20kHz, 20Hz and 1kHz.
20Hz 1W fundamental and distortion residue waveforms. 8-ohm load on 8-ohm output.	20Hz 10W fundamental and distortion residue waveforms. 8-ohm load on 8-ohm output.
1kHz 1W fundamental and distortion residue waveforms. 8-ohm load on 8-ohm output.	1kHz 10W fundamental and distortion residue waveforms. 8-ohm load on 8-ohm output.
10kHz 1W fundamental and distortion residue waveforms. 8-ohm load on 8-ohm output.	10kHz 10W fundamental and distortion residue waveforms. 8-ohm load on 8-ohm output.
