| Linn Releases Majik DS-1 Digital Stream Player |

 Scotland’s Linn, specializing in audio equipment for over 30 years, has added the Majik DS-1 digital stream player to its roster. Though compact in size, the DS-1 incorporates a Linn DS digital music player, a high-performance preamplifier, Chakra power amplification (100Wpc), and Linn’s Dynamik power supply.
The DS-1 also includes six digital and five analog inputs so that a user can plug in DVD player, game players, even a turntable. There’s an Aux input on the front panel to facilitate the use of portable gaming systems, and the unit will play FLAC, ALAC, WAV, AIFF, AAC and MP3 audio formats with up to 24-bit/192kHz resolution. The DS-1 comes in silver or black, and measures just 3.15”H x 15”W x 14”D. The DS-1 will retail for approximately $4200 USD.
